The driver took a break stop at Shaw and Valentine then ran on the bus and was driving fast I know as we came to stops I was jerked in a forward motion.
Mrs. Carlson, I do know that all busses have a GPS system. Who at FAX is watching the drivers, with so mush disregard to the one’s who are paying for a safe, on-time, clean, litter-free, A,D.A correct FAX? Yes, I do feel like there should be mean changes to FAX? Who is watching the daily video to see the day to day to day activity on the bus, do you have an alarm that goes off when the bus is sitting too long?

Good Afternoon ,
You are correct that we have GPS on our buses as well as new video cameras. However, we do not have the manpower necessary to monitor every bus, all day long, or check the video on every bus every day. That is one of the reasons that we appreciate riders like yourself, letting us know what the day to day problems are that they are seeing. I have researched every note that you have sent, identified the driver and taken the necessary action to try to fix the problem. Unfortunately this must be done, driver by driver, case by case which for the rider experiencing the problem, I understand, is a long tedious and frustrating process. I want to thank you for your patience and your diligence in helping us try to make our service better. Please continue to contact me as the need arises.
