driver uninformed and wants to remain that way

bus #0911 28NB ca.10:05AM at MTC--new driver [tall WM} relieved previous driver, when I boarded Iasked if he knew about the 'flooding' of the MTC office, and he said,"no, I don't, and I don't care"..which then prevented me from asking the important question of "where can I buy my monthly pass or if provision has been made for that." I find this expressed attitude rude and unprofessional.
