No Service for FAX Special Rider

Description

In Fresno, CA on 29 June 2011, I was at (0853hrs) the STOP at Brawley & Princeton. As I was some 20ft before the FAX sign the approaching EB39(#9310)did stop as I displayed my Special Rider pass. But as I approached the bus from the rear (10ft) the driver abruptly accellerated away. This is what the FAX drivers frequently did for fun some 10 yrs ago. It's back now. I missed my VA doctors appt because of this infantile behavoir.
