Route 9 on bus number 9701 - Farebox issues

Description

Let me say first I am an avid bus rider with the city bus line system. I noticed the driver was having an extraordinary bad time dealing with the farebox. I noticed that the city has a new farebox on route 9.

I noticed also that it's about an average of 10 to 15 seconds per person to put their fare into the new farebox. I find this extremely slows down the system and it is not the drivers fault. I also calculated the time that the driver pushed the button to have the transfer talk was about 13 to 20 seconds. I don't know if the city of Fresno is looking at this bus tracking system by thinking seriously they need to take a look at the farebox issues regarding the system.
