BMoC Create Skate Deck Art With A Purpose

BMoC Create Skate Deck Art With A Purpose

Young men in Fresno’s Boys and Men of Color group worked for three months on a skate deck art project, which they displayed on Feb. 7, 2013 at Art Hop, a community art showing. The artists turned their background in street art and tagging into something positive and uplifting for themselves and the community.

Glad to see the community is pushing hard for positive alternatives and really utilizing the youth’s skills to beautify and educate the community. Shout Out to BMoC for the cool boards; really wish I was there to see the work for myself and Shout Out to the kNOw for the video and all the wonderful work that is coming out. I miss everyone.

Good luck and work hard everyone. The work y’all are doing is amazing and important.
